OTI Officine Terapie Innovative is pleased to announce the approval of the training project presented within the New Skills Fund 3 – Skills for Innovation (FNC3). FNC3 is a Europe 27 project, an operation of strategic importance of the National Youth, Women and Work Programme 2021–2027, co-financed by the European Union through the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+).

The New Skills Fund is a measure aimed at businesses and designed to encourage the professional development of workers. Specifically, it supports the development of skills needed to meet the challenges of the digitization and environmental sustainability, and energy efficiency, accompanying organizations in the transformation of processes and the development of new opportunities.

Thanks to this important intervention, OTI will be able to embark on a comprehensive training program aimed at continuously improving their skills related to research and development of the most advanced healthcare solutions. Investing in people means ensuring ever-increasing quality in the design and delivery of innovative healthcare services, contributing to the development of solutions capable of meeting the needs of patients today and tomorrow. Investing in skills means strengthening our role in healthcare, helping to create a positive and lasting impact on patients' health and quality of life.
