Do not take the product in cases of difficulty in swallowing. However, the product must be taken with plenty of water. For people with particular difficulty in swallowing or in case of ingestion without an adequate amount of fluids there could be a danger of suffocation. Supplementing the diet with fribra can reduce the absorption of drugs when taken at the same time. Do not use during pregnancy and lactation. In the context of a low-calorie diet, the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of glucomannan (6 capsules) in three doses of 1g each, taken with at least two glasses full of water, so that the product can reach the stomach. The product does not replace a varied diet. It must be used as part of an adequate low-calorie diet following a healthy lifestyle, with a good level of physical activity. If the diet is followed for longer than 3 weeks, it is advisable to seek medical advice. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age.
